How it works
Choose the time zones of everyone in the meeting, starting with your own. The date is read in the first time zone.
Set the working hours that apply in each place, such as 9:00 to 18:00 local time.
The finder checks the whole day in 15-minute steps and keeps the times that fall inside working hours everywhere, using the daylight saving rules for that date.
Good to know
- Everyone shares the same working hours, in their own local time. It doesn't know about lunch breaks, weekends or public holidays.
- It doesn't read anyone's calendar, so a time that fits working hours may already be booked.
- Time zone rules come from your browser. A very recent rule change may be missing until your browser updates.

How does the meeting time finder handle daylight saving time?
It uses the time zone rules built into your browser for the date you pick, so every offset is right for that day, including the days when clocks change.
How many time zones can I compare?
Up to four at once. The first one is the reference: the date and the summary are read in that time zone.
Why does it say there is no overlap?
No moment on that date falls inside working hours in every time zone. Try longer working hours, another date, or leaving out the time zone that is furthest away.
Is anything I enter stored or sent anywhere?
No. The calculation runs entirely in your browser, and nothing you choose leaves your device.
